Brewed with top fermenting yeast and getting the best out of the malts and hops. Traditional porter beer.

Full-bodied lager, hopped generously with a light texture, balanced bitterness and finishing on a crisp citrus note.

Tuatara Hefe 5%

A German-style wheat beer—the suspended yeast gives the desired cloudiness. Classical aromas and flavours are there - vanilla, banana, juicyfruit gum and spicy cloves. This beer is spritzy and quenching.

Emerson's Pilsner 4.9%

This pilsner oozes citrus and passionfruit aromas and flavours. The palate shows a hint of early malt sweetness.

Emerson’s Bookbinder Bitter 3.7%

Bookbinder is brewed with four malts and a combination of two classic Nelson-grown hops. It has a sweet perfumy, malt aroma with a soft malty fruit palate that is both full flavoured and refreshing.

The Indian Pale Ale was born when handfuls of fresh hops were added to barrels to preserve beer quality when shipping from England to colonial India.
