From our other local brewery, this copper-coloured ale with the addition of organic honey. For those expecting something sickly and sweet, beware! The honey is fermented out which adds to the alcohol content. This leaves some faint honey texture in an otherwise very sessionable 6% drop with a crisp, hoppy finish.
