The Maker ‘Fleur de lis’ Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough)
A pale gold colour with hints of green. The palate has ripe passionfruit, stonefruit and hints of green capsicum. The wine finishes well with sweetness and lingering fresh acidity

Bohemian Pinot Gris (Wairau Valley)
Bouquet displays a clear balance between varietal characters with a complex, savoury expression. Key notes: Pastry, pear, red apple skin, rose petal, smoke, moderate intensity of fruit with some mineral complexity. Palate is flavoured with cinnamon, has an oily yet talcum powdered mouthfeel, tautly structured, rich texture, spicy, fleshy, balanced, intense, in a dry, medium bodied and complex style from lees influence, which gives a smoky, spicy finish.?

Rockburn Riesling (Central Otago)
Nectarines and mandarins dominate the intensely fruity nose of this wine in its youth, and the palate is filled with the same concentration of citrus fruits with further hints of pineapple and peaches. The excellent balance of this wine is brought to completion by a long and cleansing finish.

Two Hands Moscato (Barossa Valley, Australia)
Fresh aromatics leap out of the glass full of fresh green apples, sherbet, lifted rosewater and exotic bath salts. The wine is vibrant, showing strong floral flavours and fresh green apples, with an acid and sweetness roundabout that is balanced and focused giving great length and refreshment.

Bohemian Merlot (Havelock Hills)
Dark red, ruby at rim with brilliant clarity. Bold entry, round, plush palate structure supported by firm, moderate oak tannins. Palate remains juicy, balanced, with good acidity giving a fresh and supple mouthfeel. Moderate length with cherry and dried herb flavours alongside a grainy texture with chocolate and spice on finish.

Shiraz

Arrogant Frog Croak Barrone Shiraz (France)
Deep purple colour with red tints. A rich, bright nose full of blackcurrant, cigar and violet aromas finishing on notes of toasted oak. The palate is full bodied but mellow with silky tannins.

Mojo Shiraz (Barossa Valley, Australia)
A soft, full palate, laden with juicy upfront fruit of ripe Satsuma plums, blackberry, cherry cola and a liberal splash of sweet oak. The finish is silky smooth endowed with integrated velvety, chalky tannins and a nifty trace of black pepper.

Brookfields Otitti Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Hawke's Bay)
Cherry and blackberry aromas abound. The fruit is to the fore here, all blackberry and cassis, with a sound but not overwhelming tannic structure and a divan of toasty oak for that fruit to recline upon.

Metala Cab Sav Shiraz Malbec
The palate is soft and evenly textured with fine tannins and flavours of dark berries and chocolate. There is a touch of regional mint character while the small Malbec component adds structure and lengthy tannins. The Shiraz provides plush texture and plum fruit on the palate, while the Cabernet offers blackberry & mulberry nuances, while adding length and a fine backbone to the wine.

Soft & elegant with red fruit characters, the palate is followed by layers of complex spices; cinnamon sticks, allspice and star anise. It is fleshy & balanced by fine tannins, with a pleasant, lingering finish.

Deen De Bortoli Botrytis Semillon (Australia)
Pale gold straw. Fresh lifted aromas of citrus, peach and nectarine with very subtle vanillin oak. The wine finishes with refreshing acidity that balances the botrytis sweetness very nicely.
